SC State male track athlete Allen Hunter was recently honored by the South Carolina Chapter of the National Association Blacks in Criminal Justices (SC-NABCJ).              Hunter, a senior from Abbeville, SC, was awarded the Outstanding Student of the Year by the SC-NABCJ.
