ORANGEBURG, SC – The South Carolina State women’s track team has signed two prospects to national letters, the school announced on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2009.             Inking pacts with the Lady Bulldogs were sprinter Erin Oliver (Stone Mountain, GA/Redan HS) and jumper/hurdler Tamala Daley (Stone Mountain, GA/Redan HS).
